Two-Speed Rail Axles Running in Test Lab

Cotta manufactures these two-speed rail axles that will be used for rail maintenance vehicles.  Operations were made available to the customer to supply the axles with wheels and bearings installed. In addition to performing first-piece inspection on every machining sequence to support a zero-defect policy, after assembly, Cotta tests every transmission product that is shipped from our plant.  In the video, a rail axle is shown running in one of our testing labs.
